$500 – DEI Organizational Training
Every year PI staff, board, and volunteers undergo a organizational DEI training that focuses on the most pressing areas of internal need. We bring in a professional to facilitate training and drive conversation.

$250 – Staff Payroll
Without the efforts of Staff member mentorship, program planning, and program evaluation, students would not have the space to grow as their authentic selves.

$100 – VEP Event Supplies
Students in the Volunteer Event Program at Franklin High School and McDaniel High School are provided a base of $100 to plan each monthly volunteer event.

$50 – Food for Classroom Workshops
Staff support AVID teachers by running 7 workshops in 9th, 10th, and 12th grade classes on a monthly basis. Students receive snacks as encouragement to stay in class and participate.
