Stipend Application

This Stipend Request Form is an avenue to provide Board Members and Students who sit on the Student Advisory Board an equitable platform from which to serve their community through Passion Impact. 

Passion Impact poses two options for Stipend Requests for Board of Directors and Student Advisory Board members.

• The Board Member applying falls below the threshold of low income based in Oregon, is at least 18+ years old, and is elected to a Board position for the upcoming term of service. Please fill out the Stipend Financial Worksheet below, but only include the Stipend Application.
• The Student applying currently sits and is elected to serve on the Student Advisory Board for the upcoming term
